Refund policy
In the unlikely event that you are looking to return an item, please note the following Refund & Return policies.
All sales are final, we do not accept returns.
If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. At our discretion, we may replace or refund.
All items are nicely packaged & mailed in padded envelopes to avoid any damaged goods that are out of our control during transit.
Once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
We are not responsible for lost items during delivey or transit. If you have a problem receiving your delivery, you will need to contact USPS and open a ticket with your tracking number. USPS will investigate and provide you an answer (normally) within 48 business hours.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, we are confident you will love your order. However, we encourage you to contact us if you're not happy!
