10% cash back! Receive 10% off your order total (not including shipping) back! The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment. This is for any order amounting up to $149.99.
OR
15% cash back! RESTRICTED to orders equal to $150 or more before shipping. The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Orders between $15.00- $74.99 Move my order to the front of the line to be processed and receive priority shipping at first-class shipping rates (do not select "express" at check out, keep it as standard shipping).
